Returns Policy

The Australian Consumer Law (ACL) protects consumers by giving them certain guaranteed rights when they buy goods and services. For example, the ACL requires that goods must be free of defects, and do what they are meant to do. Services must be carried out with care and skill. These rights, which the ACL says automatically apply whenever goods or services are supplied to a consumer, are called ‘Consumer Guarantees’.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and failure does not amount to a major failure.

Consumer Guarantees have no set time limit but generally last for an amount of time that is reasonable to expect given factors including the cost and quality of the product or any representations made.

NQ Cards & Collectables reserve the right to refuse a refund of your purchase in the event that you change your mind. If a product is received damaged or different to what was advertised please contact NQ Cards & Collectables via email at nqcardscollectables@gmail.com and we will discuss further with you. In the event of a refund we will offer either a full refund of the purchase price or another item of the same value upon return of the purchase. 

NQ Cards & Collectables give a 7 day period from the day you receive the product to begin a return process with us if the product purchased is damaged or not up to your expectation. To begin the return process please email us at nqcardscollectables@gmail.com with your invoice number, name and reason for return.

NQ Cards & Collectables do not offer any voluntary warranty on products we sell. However if a product is sold with a manufacturers warranty this will be honoured.

NQ Cards & Collectables offer shipping with AusPost that is paid for by the customer. If a product arrives damaged during transit please send an email to nqcardscollectables@gmail.com so we can submit a query with AusPost. If the customer wishes to use a different shipping company email nqcardscollectables@gmail.com prior to purchasing any products to discuss.
